Why do I recommend this tool? First, they give you 300 minutes for free every month.
So, if you have 30-minute interviews those are five transcripts that you can be able to transcribe for free.
Another thing that I love about Otter is you can connect it to your Zoom or Microsoft Teams calls.
And when you are conducting interviews through Zoom and Microsoft Teams, you can transcribe them in real time.
And the accuracy is so great. I think it’s 97 or something I’ve used it so many times for my coaching sessions and trust you me It’s a very good tool for transcription.

My second recommendation for transcribing your interviews is Rev AI.
Rev is like Otter, but I think they do not provide many free options and also, they charge per minute for machine transcription.
And they also have a human transcription.
It’s a tool you can try to transcribe your interviews. However, I recommend Otter. But Rev AI is a close second tool that I would recommend.

Trint is also a tool you can use to transcribe your interviews, which I think is mainly for journalists, but you can also use it as a researcher.

Scribie is one of the oldest transcription services.
But there is a human assistant, and that makes it, I think, a bit more expensive compared to Otter AI, which is our full AI service.

You can upload your audio, and check, they charge 0. 25 dollars per minute. I think that’s a bit pricey compared to services such as Otter AI, but that’s still a tool.
